SAP Consultant – End-to-End Transformations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to join delaware’s growing SAP practice in Belgium. You will work on end‑to‑end transformation projects, partnering with clients from the initial workshop through go‑live and post‑implementation support.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client business processes and redesign them to leverage SAP best practices.
• Translate requirements into detailed SAP designs and configuration specifications.
• Lead full‑cycle implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, cut‑over and go‑live.
• Provide post‑go‑live support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate workshops and train key users on new processes and system functionality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated, multi‑module solutions.

Required profile

• Based in Belgium and fluent in English plus French or Dutch.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on SAP experience in at least one functional domain (e.g., Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Planning, Sales).
• Proven experience on SAP implementation or support projects.
• Strong understanding of business processes beyond technical configuration.
• Comfortable in client‑facing roles and able to communicate complex concepts clearly.

Required skills

• SAP (functional expertise in one or more modules)
• S/4HANA or SAP cloud solutions (preferred)
• Experience with multiple SAP modules or integrations (nice to have)
