Sales Stylist – Customer Experience & Fashion

About the role

The Sales Stylist is the face of the Levi’s® store in Ostende, helping customers discover the perfect pair of jeans and express their personal style. You will combine product knowledge with genuine customer interaction to create a memorable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build authentic connections with shoppers and deliver personalized 1‑to‑1 service.
• Provide product information, styling advice and fit recommendations.
• Operate tills, manage fitting rooms and handle stock replenishment.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets while keeping the environment welcoming.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and helping people express themselves through style.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
• Curiosity, adaptability and eagerness to learn.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal communication.
• Basic numeracy for cash handling.
