Sales Representative – Belgium (Brussels, Leuven, Flanders)

About the role

Farm Frites is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to cover the Belgium region (Brussels, Leuven, Flanders). You will focus on acquiring new foodservice customers and nurturing long‑term relationships with end‑users and wholesalers. The role combines field work, kitchen visits and close collaboration with internal teams to drive commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand a customer portfolio within the assigned region.
• Build strong, long‑term relationships with foodservice operators, chefs, buyers and wholesaler representatives.
• Identify commercial opportunities, negotiate agreements and execute sales plans.
• Organise product presentations, kitchen tests and activation events.
• Monitor market developments, share insights and support strategic decisions.
• Maintain accurate CRM updates and pipeline management (Salesforce experience is a plus).
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Customer Service to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Required profile

• Vocational (MBO 3–4) or Advanced Vocational (MBO+/HBO) education, depending on seniority.
• 2–7 years of sales experience, preferably in foodservice, FMCG or hospitality.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and analytical abilities.
