Sales Manager – Dutch-speaking (Energy Software)

About the role

Haulogy, an innovative provider of software solutions and IT services for the energy sector, is seeking a Dutch‑speaking Sales Manager to lead its commercial activities in Belgium. You will be responsible for driving sales of cutting‑edge energy‑transition projects and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Haulogy’s software and IT projects to energy‑sector clients.
• Identify new prospects while expanding relationships with existing customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and product presentations to contract negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with technical and project‑management teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Represent Haulogy at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to grow the network.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to adapt offerings and maximize opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by management.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in Dutch with strong working knowledge of French and English.
• Prior experience in the energy sector.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience selling software and/or IT projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sales projects simultaneously.
• Team player comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams.
