Sales Executive

About the role

Monizze is looking for a Sales Executive to accelerate the growth of its Social Vouchers and Reward Flex platforms. You will work in a B2B environment, using consultative selling techniques to understand complex client needs and craft customized benefit solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the prospecting plan for Social Vouchers and Reward Flex solutions.
• Engage prospects and clients in a culturally appropriate manner.
• Analyse client requirements and propose tailored product combinations.
• Identify and open new business opportunities, even in challenging markets.
• Collaborate with other departments to support the global strategy and uncover cross‑selling possibilities.
• Participate in process optimisation and continuous reporting.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Persistent and target‑driven, never giving up on a lead.
• Excellent listening skills, able to read between the lines.
• Self‑motivated, autonomous and capable of managing time and workload independently.
• Enjoys negotiation and easily finds common ground with clients.
• Comfortable with frequent travel and familiar with the regional market.
• Interest in fintech, IT and electronic voucher solutions.
