Sales Executive – Filtration Services (Europe)

About the role

Group AQ is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive the growth of its filtration division (AQ Martest) across the European market. Based in Antwerp (with access to the Rotterdam office), you will expand commercial activities, build new markets and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy in collaboration with the Chief Commercial Officer.
• Prospect new customers through cold calls, emails and networking, focusing on tank terminals, insurance companies, agencies, surveyors, shipowners and the chemical industry.
• Visit existing and prospective clients domestically and internationally to present filtration services.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts, providing proactive service, identifying additional needs and acting as the primary commercial contact.
• Coordinate with operational and administrative teams to ensure smooth service delivery and provide market intelligence.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on sales pipeline, activities and results, and maintain all interactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within industrial, maritime or petro‑chemical sectors.
• Ability to work independently, develop new business and manage existing accounts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel across Europe for client visits and industry events.
