Sales Director – Iberia (Remote)

About the role

Nuclivision is expanding the commercial rollout of its AI‑powered PET imaging solution, Nuclarity, across Europe. We are seeking an entrepreneurial, hands‑on Sales Director to lead and grow our business in Spain and Portugal, working remotely with regular travel throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer to refine and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for Iberia.
• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with nuclear medicine centres, hospitals and other clinical stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, articulating the clinical and operational value of Nuclarity.
• Own the full sales cycle – prospecting, demonstration, negotiation, closing – while keeping accurate CRM records.
• Support the creation and execution of local marketing initiatives.
• Represent Nuclivision at conferences and congresses to generate leads.
• Provide market insights, sales forecasts and competitor analysis to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of sales experience in healthcare, preferably in medical imaging, nuclear medicine or clinical SaaS solutions.
• Solid understanding of MedTech applications, especially AI‑driven medical imaging software.
• Proven track record of hunting and closing new business in clinical environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a startup setting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• BA/BS degree or higher and a valid driver’s licence.
