Sales Director – Belgium

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven Sales Director to own and expand our sales engine in Belgium. Based in Ixelles, you will lead revenue growth, build a high‑performing sales team and position ACT‑ON as a market leader in the fast‑evolving HR‑tech landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets across the Belgian market.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Analyse market trends, competitive landscape and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reporting to senior management.
• Manage sales budgets and resources to optimise profitability and operational efficiency.
• Oversee implementation and customisation of ACT‑ON solutions to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and customer‑success teams to align sales efforts with organisational objectives.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to drive individual and team development.
• Represent ACT‑ON at industry events and networking opportunities to build brand presence and generate leads.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of proven sales leadership experience with a track record of building and managing high‑performing teams.
• At least 3 + years in B2B sales, preferably selling software or technology solutions.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing revenue targets.
• Strong commercial mindset with a hunter‑oriented approach.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
