Sales Development Representative

About the role

Insight Enterprises is looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative to join its Go‑To‑Market team. You will generate and qualify inbound leads, as well as create new opportunities through innovative prospecting techniques, while supporting the company’s cloud, data, AI and cybersecurity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and nurture prospective client leads.
• Maintain a high‑velocity outreach cadence using cold‑calling, email and social outreach.
• Keep the CRM up to date with contact reports, business insights and next actions.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to leverage tools and content.
• Explore new markets and verticals, thinking creatively to expand pipeline.
• Adapt quickly to change and take on additional duties as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in SaaS, technology or B2B sales.
• Background working in Go‑To‑Market or revenue‑generation teams.
• Strong organizational and cadence‑management abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills.
• Fluent in Flemish and English (French or Dutch also acceptable).
• Curious, self‑motivated learner with a resilient, can‑do attitude.
