Sales Development Representative

About the role

Wintro is a fast‑growing HR‑tech startup based in Ghent that matches employee LinkedIn networks with open vacancies. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to own the opening move – identifying target companies, starting conversations, and booking qualified meetings for our closing team.

Key responsibilities

• Research and build target lists of companies with hiring challenges we solve.
• Conduct cold calls, send outreach emails, and engage prospects on LinkedIn to start real conversations.
• Qualify prospects and schedule ready‑to‑demo meetings for the sales team.
• Test and refine outreach messaging, sharing successful approaches with the team.
• Log all activities and pipeline data in HubSpot to keep the funnel visible.

Required profile

• Enjoys prospecting and is energized by reaching out to strangers.
• Persistent, organized, and diligent about follow‑ups and pipeline hygiene.
• Can brainstorm smarter outreach tactics and then execute them on the phone.
• Thrives in an energetic office environment and works well with teammates.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English.
• Experience in HR‑tech or recruitment software is a strong plus; natural phone talent is essential.

Required skills

• HubSpot (CRM) usage.
