Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Sales Coordinator joins the Cluster Sales team to act as the primary liaison between customers and the two hotel properties managed by HotelCo51 in Brussels. Based at the Moxy Brussels, you will support the Multi‑Property Sales Manager, handle lead qualification, and contribute to revenue growth across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, qualify and respond to sales leads, scheduling appointments for the Multi‑Property Sales Manager.
• Prepare and finalise contracts to close sales transactions for Moxy Brussels and Courtyard by Marriott Brussels EU.
• Create and deliver sales presentations that reflect the brand’s disruptive culture.
• Participate in sales calls, events, trade shows and networking activities to engage prospects and existing clients.
• Maintain and nurture a portfolio of telesales accounts, tracking performance in the CRM (SFA Web, Opera).
• Generate sales reports, monitor KPIs such as lead conversion rates and revenue contribution.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align messaging and promotional efforts.
• Provide administrative support to the sales and reservations teams as needed.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with strong data accuracy and confidentiality standards.
• Clear, confident communicator in both written and verbal English and French.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Creative problem‑solver who can improve processes and drive results.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience using CRM systems (SFA Web, Opera) to manage leads and track performance.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
