Sales & Business Development Manager – NL/BE

About the role

We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to drive the adoption of Gramitherm’s biobased insulation in Belgium and the Netherlands. You will understand construction project cycles, get our product specified, and turn those opportunities into repeatable business. The role combines field work, strategic planning and system building.

Key responsibilities

• Own the sales cycle from first contact to closing and repeat business.
• Build and maintain a strong network of architects, contractors and installers.
• Translate projects into structured, repeatable sales flows.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline in the CRM.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners.
• Continuously improve sales processes, follow‑up, conversion and positioning.
• Manage priorities, deadlines and cross‑functional collaboration with sales, logistics and marketing.

Required profile

• Strong commercial mindset with a passion for closing deals.
• Structured, results‑oriented working style.
• Interest in construction or technical products.
• Fluent in at least two of Dutch, French and English; able to become operational in the third within 6–12 months.
• Work permit for Belgium.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools, preferably Odoo.
