Sales & Business Development Manager

About the role

Seety is looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to lead the growth of its B2B platform that centralises parking and mobility expenses for companies. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and onboarding, while ensuring an excellent experience for existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process for the B2B mobility platform.
• Prospect new customers through cold calls, emails, trade shows and events.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts, identifying cross‑selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with the product team to refine solutions and offers.
• Develop and optimise the sales strategy and implement supporting tools.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to keep the offering competitive.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in mobility or related sectors.
• Fluent in French and Dutch (mandatory).
• Strong communication, analytical and organisational abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a solution‑oriented approach.
• Interest in smart cities, mobility and emerging technologies.
