Sales Assistant – Retail Store

About the role

Liu Jo is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join its Hasselt store. You will be the front‑line representative of the brand, delivering a personalized shopping experience and helping the store meet its commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, ensuring an exclusive and personalized shopping experience.
• Provide high‑level sales service focused on achieving commercial targets.
• Maintain the store’s visual image in line with brand merchandising guidelines.
• Recommend products based on customer needs, highlighting features and benefits.
• Continuously develop strong product knowledge.
• Support receipt of new shipments and organise stock efficiently to optimise sales.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Solid knowledge of sales techniques and customer‑service principles.
• Strong customer orientation and results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, proactive, and professional attitude.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
