Sales Assistant – Retail (Full‑time/Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our waterdrop® store. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover our eco‑friendly hydration products and ensuring a memorable shopping experience. The role can be full‑time or part‑time, based in a retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying waterdrop® values and promoting our Microdrinks.
• Provide high‑quality customer service, answering product questions and guiding purchase decisions.
• Capture customer data to build loyalty and support the database.
• Handle customer complaints promptly, finding solutions and escalating when needed.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, store cleanliness, and stock security.
• Participate in store meetings, training sessions, and the 6 Drop Selling Ceremony.
• Open and close the store as required and ensure health & safety compliance.
