Sales Assistant – Luxury Fashion Retail (Weekend)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our Max Mara boutique in Inno Shopping Wiluwe. Working 38 hours per week, primarily on weekends, you will deliver a premium shopping experience to our luxury clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized advice and service to turn visitors into loyal customers.
• Maintain the store’s visual standards, atmosphere, and brand image.
• Assist with processing deliveries, stock replenishment, and order handling.
• Support sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.
• Previous retail experience, preferably in the luxury segment.
• Charismatic, outgoing, flexible and able to handle new challenges.
• Goal‑oriented, team‑spirit driven and capable of taking responsibility.
• Well‑groomed appearance that aligns with the Max Mara brand.
