Sales Assistant – 30 hrs/week (m/f/x)

About the role
Carhartt WIP is looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join its Brussels store on a 30‑hour weekly basis. You will be the face of the brand, delivering excellent customer service and helping shoppers connect with Carhartt’s work‑wear heritage.
Key responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and convey brand stories in a retail environment.
- Drive sales and meet store targets.
- Process sales transactions accurately.
- Replenish stock and maintain visual display standards.
- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
- Develop product knowledge and deepen understanding of the business.
Required profile
- Previous experience in retail or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confident, outgoing and effective at selling.
- Enthusiastic about fashion.
- Fluent in French; English is an advantage.
