Sales Analyst

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a motivated Sales Analyst to support its Sales team within the Switching Services business unit. The role offers hands‑on exposure to performance analysis, commercial decision‑making and cross‑functional collaboration. It is ideal for a recent graduate or early‑career professional who wants to develop expertise in business partnering in a fast‑growing, strategic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operational and analytical support to Sales teams and regional stakeholders.
• Analyse market trends and customer data to generate actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain centralized dashboards that enable data‑driven decision‑making.
• Support the creation of integrated solutions and compelling value propositions tailored to customer needs.
• Prepare materials and insights for Sales team meetings to ensure impactful interactions.
• Contribute to cross‑functional initiatives across account management, business development, product, finance and legal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional EEA language skills are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
