Sales Account Manager – Antwerp

About the role

As a Sales Account Manager based in Antwerp, you will act as the primary liaison between Oxford Global Resources and its clients across Europe. You will understand client skill gaps, consulting needs and budgets, and promote the full range of staffing and consulting services. The role includes an intensive training program and offers uncapped earning potential for motivated professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and nurture high‑value relationships with new and existing clients throughout Europe.
• Identify consulting and staffing opportunities by understanding client requirements and budgets.
• Negotiate bill rates and contract terms with clients.
• Coordinate pre‑sale planning and post‑sale execution, collaborating closely with recruiters.
• Manage consultants on assignment and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate client records and communication notes in the internal database.
• Generate outbound lead campaigns, conduct prospecting calls and build a robust client pipeline.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Energetic, self‑motivated and strong networking abilities.
