Road Construction Worker – €18.39 to €22/hour

About the role

You will work outdoors on road and sewerage projects across the Limburg region, performing hands‑on tasks that deliver visible results. The position is part of a close‑knit team employed by a stable contractor active in Flanders and Brussels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with house connections and foundations.
• Place gullies and curbstones.
• Remove manhole covers and carry out preparatory tasks.
• Collaborate with an experienced crew, receiving guidance and support.

Required profile

• Motivation and readiness for physical outdoor work.
• Availability for early start times (06:00‑06:30).
• Ability to understand Dutch instructions.
• Possession of a Category B driving licence.
• Construction experience is an advantage but not mandatory; technical or practical school leavers are welcome.

Required skills

• Category B driving licence.
• Dutch language proficiency.
