Retail Store Supervisor (30h/week)

About the role

The Retail Store Supervisor supports the Assistant Store Manager (ASM) and Store Manager (SM) in overseeing daily non‑sales operations across one or more LEGO stores. Working 30 hours per week, you will ensure smooth store functioning, from stockroom organization to team scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the ASM and SM with holiday planning, attendance tracking, and team scheduling.
• Supervise Sales Associates during shifts, handling issues according to LEGO policies.
• Process orders for store and office supplies within budget guidelines.
• Oversee money‑handling procedures and ensure compliance by all staff.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure products are merchandised on the shop floor while meeting loss‑prevention targets.
• Support high‑standard merchandise presentation in line with store guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to guide and motivate a retail team.
• Attention to detail for stockroom organization and merchandise presentation.
• Ability to follow and enforce money‑handling and operational procedures.
• Flexibility to work a 30‑hour schedule, including shift coverage.
