Retail Marketing Intern

About the role

CHANEL is seeking a motivated Retail Marketing Intern to support the Omnichannel Client Experience Manager for the Benelux region. You will help design and execute animation plans that enhance the luxury experience across boutiques and concessions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating, organizing and implementing animation plans, events and window displays for retail stores.
• Develop consistent brand experiences and ensure they align with commercial expectations.
• Brief vendors and monitor execution to maintain CHANEL’s image.
• Collaborate regularly with the CRM/Digital team to build integrated online and offline customer journeys.
• Identify opportunities to attract new customers and support day‑to‑day marketing activities.

Required profile

• 3rd or 4th year Bachelor or Master student seeking a minimum 6‑month internship.
• Self‑starter with high energy, creativity, analytical mindset and solution‑oriented attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full‑time availability, based in or near Brussels, and willing to travel within Benelux.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Office 365 applications.
