Retail Consultant – Strategy & Transformation

About the role

As a Retail Consultant at Sia you will help leading retailers and consumer brands shape their future. Working across strategy and transformation, you will partner with senior stakeholders to design and implement initiatives that span marketing, product, merchandising, pricing, commerce and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse strategic challenges such as brand positioning, portfolio strategy and go‑to‑market models.
• Support transformation programmes including omnichannel strategy, pricing optimisation, category development and operational redesign.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to generate actionable insights.
• Lead client interviews, benchmarking and co‑creation of recommendations.
• Work in agile, multidisciplinary teams and interact regularly with C‑level executives.

Required profile

• Approximately 2 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy or a strategic role within retail or consumer goods.
• Strong analytical abilities and good prioritisation skills.
• Interest in data and AI topics and ability to quickly build expertise.
• Fast learner who thrives in diverse, changing environments.
• Fluent in French or Dutch and English.
• Understanding of the retail/consumer‑goods ecosystem is a plus.
