Restaurant Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Botanic Sanctuary Antwerp, a 5‑star superior luxury hotel housed in a 15th‑century monastery, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead one of its five Michelin‑starred dining venues. Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Coach, develop and motivate a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of excellence and adherence to LHW and LQA standards.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and drive revenue through strategic upselling and promotional initiatives.
• Maintain rigorous food quality, presentation, health, safety and hygiene compliance.
• Manage inventory, stock control and procurement to guarantee product availability and operational efficiency.
• Analyse guest feedback, market trends and business metrics to implement continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Dynamic, energetic leader with a passion for luxury food & beverage concepts.
• Proven experience in restaurant operations within a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take ownership of results.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of LHW and LQA standards.
• Expertise in inventory management and cost control.
