Restaurant & Bar Manager

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead the dining and bar operations at St Pierre Park Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort. You will be responsible for delivering memorable guest experiences while fostering a culture of hospitality excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring service standards are consistently met.
• Lead, coach and motivate a team of front‑of‑house staff to achieve high performance.
• Plan and execute staffing rotas, including weekends, to cover a 40‑hour work week.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to meet budgetary targets.
• Drive continuous improvement through operational precision and proactive planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior hospitality role, preferably within a hotel or resort setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and on a rota basis.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety and service.

Required skills

• Knowledge of restaurant and bar service procedures.
• Understanding of inventory and cost management principles.
• Experience with staff scheduling and team development.
