About the role

Holifresh is digitising quality‑control chains for food businesses across Europe. We are looking for a French‑speaking Digital Marketing Manager to scale our acquisition engine alongside the Head of Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Create and optimise content such as blog posts, e‑books, case studies and landing pages that drive organic traffic and conversions.
• Design, launch and manage end‑to‑end lead‑generation campaigns, from targeting to follow‑up and performance analysis.
• Develop and execute email marketing programmes, including newsletters, automated sequences and conversion‑focused campaigns.
• Produce sales and product collateral – pitch decks, one‑pagers, battle cards and explainer content – ready for immediate use.
• Monitor performance metrics, run A/B tests and translate data insights into actionable improvements.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or a fast‑growing scale‑up.
• Fluent French (mandatory) and strong English; Dutch is a plus.
• Self‑driven, proactive, curious and up‑to‑date with marketing trends.
• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate output while focusing on results.

What we offer

• Hybrid work model: onsite in Louvain‑la‑Neuve with one remote day per week.
• Permanent contract (CDI) – full‑time or 4/5 schedule.
• Salary €35‑45k gross per year, plus a competitive benefits package.
