Research Associate Intern

About the role

Korn Ferry’s Professional Search team in Brussels is looking for a Research Associate Intern to support ongoing search assignments. This role offers hands‑on experience in professional and executive search within a high‑level consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with search projects at various stages, from market research to candidate sourcing.
• Conduct talent mapping and market analysis to identify target companies and potential candidates.
• Prepare search‑related documents such as progress reports and candidate summaries.
• Collect, structure, and update market, client, and candidate data in internal systems.
• Support interview coordination and provide general project assistance as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism throughout all tasks.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s or Bachelor’s program (HR, Psychology, Business, Management or related field) and able to complete a minimum 3‑month internship through a university agreement.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition, executive search, HR or consulting.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical, well‑organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive team player with a professional mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (French, Dutch) are a plus.
