Replenisher – Supply Chain Inventory Management

About the role

The Replenisher is responsible for managing a portfolio of suppliers and ensuring optimal inventory levels across assigned product categories. Reporting to the Demand & Supply Planning Manager, the role combines order management, stock optimisation, and supplier performance monitoring to minimise back‑orders and support a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Place and follow up purchase orders, confirm acknowledgements and coordinate direct shipments.
• Maintain operational stock parameters, set accurate MRP settings and manage over‑stock, slow‑moving and promotional items.
• Monitor supplier deliveries, expedite when needed, and resolve delays in collaboration with the Goods‑In department.
• Analyse root causes of back‑orders, develop continuous‑improvement action plans and track KPI performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Customer Service and other functions to align inventory quality and address supply issues.
• Negotiate and optimise contract conditions (lead times, lot sizes, ASN requirements) and may support invoice validation and supplier litigation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain, inventory or demand‑planning environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple suppliers and product categories simultaneously.
