Repairs Team Leader

About the role

KONE is looking for a Repairs Team Leader to manage a team of technicians and build long‑term professional relationships with existing customers in Belgium. You will ensure service agreements are fulfilled, drive customer satisfaction, and oversee field activities within your geographical sector.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain customer retention by meeting service agreements and delivering promised outcomes.
• Communicate service delivery status to customers and resolve queries and complaints promptly.
• Manage sales leads volume, quality and processing.
• Ensure high‑quality service through field presence, regular audits and promotion of safety culture.
• Develop technicians’ competencies, motivation and overall performance.
• Oversee adherence to maintenance processes and methods.
• Plan short‑term resourcing (absence management) and mid‑term capacity (with manager).
• Set and review performance objectives for technicians.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electro‑mechanics, construction, civil or industrial engineering.
• Commercial awareness and interest.
• Fluent in French and English; working knowledge of Dutch.
• Legal entitlement to work in Belgium.
• Valid driver’s license.
