Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a remote French‑English bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist our global customers via phone and live chat. You will be the friendly voice that turns questions and issues into clear solutions, helping shoppers in French‑speaking regions navigate our e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot order, product, and technical issues with a solutions‑first approach.
• Document all interactions accurately in our CRM.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
