Regional Sales Manager - Western Europe

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will drive sales growth, strengthen market presence, and build scalable business models across the Western Europe region. You will establish and manage distributor sales models, align them with strategic objectives, and lead expansion initiatives in multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute distributor sales models across Western Europe countries.
• Lead market entry and expansion initiatives, collaborating with internal and partner stakeholders.
• Manage sales processes including pipeline tracking, field activity monitoring, and performance reporting using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Analyze market and business data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights.
• Achieve sales, revenue, and growth targets in line with the company’s strategy.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade fairs, and relevant forums.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with distributors, partners, customers, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and regional regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business Management, Sales or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of international sales experience in ophthalmic consumables or medical implantable consumables, with exposure to diverse Western Europe markets.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 15 working days per month, including weekends when required.
• Strong cross‑cultural communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and team leadership abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional Western Europe languages are a plus.
