Recruitment & Staffing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment & Staffing Specialist to join adesso Belgium, an IT services start‑up operating under the adesso umbrella. The role will support our growth strategy in Brussels by attracting, assessing and onboarding top talent for our technology projects.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and hiring needs.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, direct outreach and the Recruitee platform.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate skills, motivation and cultural fit, and present short‑listed candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules, ensure a positive candidate experience, and provide feedback at each stage.
• Prepare offers, manage negotiations and support contract signing and pre‑onboarding tasks.
• Represent adesso at job fairs, networking events and employer‑branding initiatives.
• Collaborate with practice leads to build talent pools and pipelines for project staffing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Psychology or related field.
• 5‑10 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in the IT sector.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude and goal‑oriented mindset.
