Recruitment Consultant – Brussels

About the role

Join the newest division of a global recruitment leader and help shape the talent landscape in Brussels. You will act as a trusted advisor for both clients and candidates, guiding them through the full recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Attend presentations and meetings with clients and candidates.
• Approach and engage a network of customers and candidates to understand their recruitment needs.
• Persuade stakeholders to collaborate with you on talent acquisition projects.
• Negotiate terms, brief parties, and provide strategic advice.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, from candidate selection to offer management.
• Represent the company at job fairs and university events.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch and/or French with an excellent level of English.
• Driven, social, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously while being a strong team player.
• Persuasive communicator who can adapt style to different audiences.
