React Frontend Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced React Front‑End Developer to join our digital products team at 3E, a leader in renewable energy technology. You will help build performant, scalable, and accessible web applications that accelerate the global transition to renewable energy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and evolve high‑quality React/TypeScript applications, turning product and design requirements into robust features.
• Design and implement data‑heavy interfaces such as dashboards, tables and charts that handle large datasets efficiently.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks using modern React optimisation techniques.
• Create and maintain reusable UI components within a Material‑UI based design system, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and improve codebase readability and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews and promote clean‑code standards.
• Implement secure front‑end patterns, including authentication and role‑based access flows.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers and QA in a cross‑functional product team.
