Quality Coordinator (Automotive Textile)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Quality Coordinator to act as the bridge between our IATF 16949 quality system, the production floor and our automotive customers. Based in Wervik, you will handle complaint documentation, perform internal audits and support the Operations Manager with reporting and data collection. The position offers full on‑site training, making it ideal for recent graduates or professionals early in their quality career.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct internal audits in line with the IATF 16949 quality management system.
• Carry out random quality inspections on the production floor and document findings.
• Maintain and update customer complaint reports from receipt through closure.
• Communicate complaint resolutions and corrective actions to customers promptly and professionally.
• Assist the Operations Manager in preparing reports and organising production and performance data.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives within quality and operations teams.

Required profile

• Hands‑on attitude, comfortable moving between office tasks and the shop floor.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical working style.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for internal reporting and customer interaction.
• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a technical, industrial or business background.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
