Quality Assurance Manager – High-Tech Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Quality Assurance Manager to lead the development and implementation of quality processes for a fast‑growing high‑tech manufacturing company. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will build a quality culture and drive the company toward ISO 9001 certification while overseeing internal and external production lines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the ISO 9001 certification project from planning to successful audit.
• Design and execute inspection procedures for both in‑house and outsourced manufacturing.
• Investigate customer complaints, perform root‑cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor quality KPIs, conduct regular audits of processes, products, and suppliers.
• Collaborate with R&D, operations, and procurement to embed quality across the organization.
• Maintain all quality‑related documentation and develop training programmes for staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science or a related technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Proven hands‑on experience leading ISO or customer audits.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
