QA/QC Coordinator – Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA)

About the role

We are seeking a QA/QC Coordinator to support the delivery of quality assurance and quality control across major construction projects in the Walloon Region. The role focuses on civil, structural and architectural (CSA) works for data‑centre, industrial, commercial or infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of the Project Quality Plan.
• Coordinate inspections, ITPs, check sheets and quality records for CSA works.
• Monitor inspections of concrete, structural steel, earthworks, architectural finishes and related activities.
• Manage NCRs, punch lists and corrective actions through to close‑out.
• Ensure quality documentation and handover dossiers are accurate and up to date.
• Liaise with site engineers, subcontractors and client representatives on quality matters.
• Assist with internal audits and promote continuous improvement across the project.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a QA/QC, Quality Coordinator or Site Engineer role on major construction projects.
• Experience with CSA works, ideally on data‑centre, industrial, commercial or infrastructure projects.
• Good understanding of ITPs, inspection processes and quality documentation.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 (advantageous).
