QA Engineer – Quality Management (Full-time)

About the role

Rolls‑Royce Solutions Liège is seeking a QA Engineer to support its Quality Manager. The role focuses on ensuring that products, processes and the quality management system meet ISO9001 and internal standards, while driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and improve the Quality Management System and RR Group specific requirements.
• Plan, supervise and coordinate internal, customer and certification audits.
• Analyse non‑conformities, implement corrective and preventive actions, and manage related documentation.
• Draft, update and disseminate procedures, work instructions and quality control plans.
• Train staff and raise awareness of quality standards and normative requirements.
• Participate in innovation and reliability projects for R&D, engineering, industrialisation and production.

Required profile

• Industrial or civil engineering degree (or equivalent) with experience in quality and electromechanical engineering.
• 3‑5 years of experience in quality management.
• Fluent French and strong written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of ISO9001 and mastery of quality tools (FMEA, 5W, PDCA, SPC, 8D, Six Sigma).
• Excellent multitasking, planning and organisational abilities.
• Strong team player with good communication and pedagogical skills.
