QA Automation Engineer – CRM & Web Applications

About the role

You will ensure the quality of portal and CRM applications by combining manual and automated testing. Working closely with developers, product owners and other platform teams, you will validate requirements, uncover defects and continuously improve QA practices.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain and execute test plans, cases and automated scripts for portal and CRM solutions.
• Perform functional, regression, integration and user‑acceptance testing, including API and backend validation.
• Identify, document and track defects using Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Validate data integrity between portal and CRM platforms and verify cross‑browser/device compatibility.
• Collaborate in sprint planning, reviews and QA reporting, supporting cross‑system impact assessments (e.g., SAP, Clarity).
• Contribute to test‑automation strategy and continuously improve testing standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of QA or software‑testing experience for web and CRM applications.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, QA lifecycle and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Proficiency in SQL, API testing and data‑flow validation.
• Excellent analytical, communication and documentation skills.
