Python & React Developer – AI Platform

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Python/React Developer to join our team and help build and enhance an AI platform that supports internal communication and collaboration across the client’s agents. The role involves delivering scalable, secure, and high‑quality solutions while following established development standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI‑driven applications using Python, FastAPI, and React.
• Build and extend backend APIs, micro‑services, and integrations for internal AI initiatives.
• Develop data access layers and messaging systems with SQLAlchemy, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and RabbitMQ.
• Contribute to AI agent development, integrating LLMs, RAG architectures, MCP/A2A frameworks, and orchestration platforms.
• Collaborate with DevOps to implement containerised deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud‑native solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, provide technical recommendations, and suggest improvements to platform capabilities.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Python, FastAPI, and API design.
• Solid experience building modern UIs with React, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Proven expertise in SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and SQLAlchemy.
• Experience with messaging/queue systems such as RabbitMQ.
• Good understanding of security protocols (SAML, OAuth, Microsoft Entra ID).
• Experience with automated testing using Pytest and software‑engineering best practices.
