Python Developer – Conversational AI (M365 Integration)

About the role

We are seeking a Python Software Engineer to join our M365 Integration team and build conversational AI solutions. The role blends business analysis, solution design and development, working closely with stakeholders, architects, data scientists and cloud specialists to deliver secure, scalable AI applications.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into conversational AI solutions using Execution Garden.
• Perform business and functional analysis to design intuitive user experiences.
• Develop and deploy Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) applications and AI components on Amazon Bedrock within a secure AWS environment.
• Collaborate with the SOFA team to apply architectural patterns, security standards and best practices.
• Work with ADAM Data Science, Public Cloud and other teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
• Contribute to platform evolution through custom Python development and high‑code extensions.
• Support delivery, monitoring and continuous improvement of AI‑powered business solutions.

• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) – including S3 and cloud storage.
• Amazon Bedrock and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Experience with large language models such as Claude or similar.
• REST API design and integration.
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
