Property Manager

About the role

BePark is building a network of mobility hubs across France, Belgium and Luxembourg. As a Property Manager you will ensure that more than 500 parking locations operate smoothly, stay accessible and remain cost‑effective.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate on‑site installation of BePark access systems and order required hardware.
• Configure new sites in the ERP and Parking Management System (PMS).
• Resolve issues reported by customer service, key account managers or landlords.
• Coordinate with parking owners to minimise downtime and supervise external service providers.
• Monitor all locations, communicate potential problems and develop resolution strategies.
• Lead installation of smart access systems and electric charging stations in complex environments.
• Identify bottlenecks in the activation workflow and design automated procedures.
• Collaborate with Sales and Asset Management on complex tenders and audit operational structures.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in administrative, facility support or property management.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with strong organisational skills.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP and Parking Management Systems.
• Knowledge of smart access hardware and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
