Project Manager – Technical Support (Belgium)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead technical support operations for satellite projects in Belgium. The role will coordinate engineering, systems and operations teams to ensure mission readiness and successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the technical liaison between project management, engineering and operations, facilitating knowledge transfer and documentation.
• Lead coordination of technical support activities, translating requirements into actionable plans aligned with project milestones.
• Oversee maintenance and performance of mission‑critical systems such as ground stations, telemetry and integration labs.
• Identify, log and mitigate technical risks and issues, supporting root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing technical projects in aerospace, engineering or IT infrastructure.
• Experience with space‑related systems, satellite payload integration or ground‑station operations is highly valued.
• Familiarity with regulated environments and standards such as ECSS, ISO or SANSA.

Required skills

• Project management tools: MS Project, Jira, ClickUp.
• Technical platforms: MATLAB, STK, SolidWorks.
• ERP and technical reporting tools.
