Project Manager – Oil & Gas

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead oil and gas projects from initiation through completion. The role involves overseeing EPC/EPCM contracts, ensuring compliance with HSE standards, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle for EPC/EPCM oil & gas projects, from planning to handover.
• Develop and align project schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
• Coordinate engineering, construction, and contractor activities.
• Ensure work execution meets industry standards, API/ISO regulations, and HSE requirements.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, operational, and HSE risks.
• Monitor equipment and material delivery schedules and liaise with suppliers.
• Oversee QA/QC processes and maintain project documentation.
• Lead project meetings, communicate with stakeholders, and prepare regular reports.
• Monitor contractual compliance and support tender preparation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Oil & Gas, Construction, or Project Management.
• 5+ years of project management experience in the oil and gas sector.
• Proven experience delivering EPC/EPCM projects, preferably both upstream and downstream.
• Strong knowledge of international standards (API, ISO, HSE).
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Excellent leadership, decision‑making, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
