Project Manager – New Installations (Electromechanics/Construction)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead new installation projects in the electromechanical and construction sector across Belgium and Luxembourg. The role is field‑based and involves full ownership from planning through delivery, working closely with clients, subcontractors and internal technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end installation projects for elevators, escalators and automated building systems.
• Coordinate site activities, ensuring safety, quality and planning compliance.
• Lead technicians and subcontractors, providing direction and support on‑site.
• Control budgets, timelines and project administration, reporting progress to stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Background in electromechanics or a closely related field.
• Proven experience in project management and site supervision.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Fluent in Dutch and French; English is a plus.
• Hands‑on, solution‑driven mindset.
