Project Manager – NATO NCIA Support

About the role

Spektrum is looking for a Project Manager to support key projects for the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA). The role involves coordinating complex defence‑related initiatives across cyber security, command and control, satellite communications, electronic warfare and information management services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects to ensure delivery within agreed scope, schedule, cost and quality tolerances.
• Develop and maintain detailed project, resource and stage plans in line with NCIA directives and project‑management best practices.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, and plan corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with NATO International Civilians, military personnel and interim workforce consultants to align resources.
• Monitor progress, produce status reports and ensure stakeholder communication.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and delivery of NATO‑specified services.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex technical projects, preferably in defence, aerospace or related sectors.
• Familiarity with NATO procurement processes and international stakeholder environments.
• Strong organisational and communication skills to work with civil, military and consultant teams.
• Ability to operate in a dynamic, high‑performance setting.
