Project Manager – NATO Communications & Information Agency

About the role
Spektrum is seeking a Project Manager to support the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) in Brussels. The role involves managing projects that deliver secure communications, cyber security, satellite communications and other critical services for NATO.
Key responsibilities
- Define, document and execute projects or sub‑projects and transition them into service.
- Work independently or with a small team across all project phases.
- Apply appropriate project‑management methods and tools.
- Identify, assess and manage risks effectively.
- Agree project approach with stakeholders and ensure alignment with NCIA standards.
- Monitor progress, report status and ensure timely delivery.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing projects in aerospace, defence or IT environments.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with small teams.
- Strong risk‑management capability.
- Familiarity with NATO or government procurement processes is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with international stakeholders.
