Project Manager Marketing

About the role

As a Project Manager Marketing within Telenet’s Transformers team, you will lead the end‑to‑end go‑to‑market rollout of mandatory product, pricing and hardware changes. Your focus is to ensure customers experience a smooth transition, with clear communication, operational readiness and minimal churn.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full rollout of transformation topics such as migrations, price adjustments and product discontinuations.
• Define the go‑to‑market strategy, selecting channels, customer journeys and required actions.
• Design data‑driven targeting, set the data strategy and lead segmentation for different customer groups.
• Translate technical, product and legal constraints into a clear, executable rollout plan.
• Collaborate with CX, Customer Operations and Data teams to optimise end‑to‑end customer journeys.
• Act as central orchestrator, aligning Product, IT, Legal, CRM/Data, Customer Operations and Campaign teams.
• Ensure operational readiness of all teams, channels and processes before launch.
• Monitor customer understanding, contact drivers and churn risk, adjusting the approach as needed.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of project management experience in a marketing, CRM or customer‑journey context.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to align multiple teams.
• Highly structured, pragmatic and execution‑driven mindset.
• Focus on end‑to‑end customer journeys and operational flows.
• Attention to detail and comfort working on business‑critical, low‑visibility topics.
• Fluent in Dutch or French and English; Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in telecom or large‑customer environments is a plus.
