Project Manager

About the role

Cyclops is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own and deliver industrial investment projects for leading clients in sectors such as food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, FMCG and metallurgy. You will act as the trusted partner for owners, guiding projects from concept through to successful completion while ensuring safety, quality, schedule and budget targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own project scope, planning, budget, risk management and overall execution.
• Serve as the Owner’s Representative or integrate into multidisciplinary project teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring clear communication throughout all project phases.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and challenges, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Contribute to Cyclops’ growth by delivering successful outcomes and fostering long‑term client partnerships.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience managing or coordinating industrial projects.
• Engineering background with strong leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Hands‑on problem‑solver with a “make it happen” mentality.
• Detail‑oriented while keeping the broader project picture in mind.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong plus.
