Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of sustainable design, engineering and construction projects for natural and built assets. The role will act as the main point of contact for architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain the Master Project Schedule (Primavera P6) and Master Project Budget, including soft and hard costs, contingencies and allowances.
• Support contractor pre‑qualification, bid solicitation, analysis and recommendation, and lead contract negotiations.
• Coordinate design team activities, obtain city and authority approvals, and conduct constructability reviews.
• Manage cost control, change orders, value‑engineering efforts and cash‑flow projections on a monthly basis.
• Oversee the General Contractor and all directly contracted vendors, ensuring QA/QC compliance and proper document control.
• Handle invoicing, payment applications, lien releases and track all key project documents (submittals, RFIs, change orders).
• Lead the close‑out process, collect warranties, as‑builts, O&M manuals and manage final inspections, punch‑list and final payments.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction or engineering projects from pre‑construction through close‑out.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting and cost control.
• Experience negotiating contracts and coordinating multi‑disciplinary design teams.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including clients, authorities and subcontractors.
